Do you accept orders outside of Australia?

We accept online orders from Australia and New Zealand and deliver only to those countries. Please contact us via email at or telephone 1800 012 675 if you have any questions regarding international deliveries.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery time to any Australian address is between 3-10 working days. For New Zealand customers, standard delivery time is between 7-14 working days. Sorry we do not offer C.O.D or rain checks. View more information about delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

There is a cost of $14.95 for delivery of up to three items within Australia and a cost of $3.50 for any additional items in the one purchase. For New Zealand deliveries, the cost is $30.00 for up to 3 items and $6.00 for every additional item in the one purchase. View more information about delivery. My delivery hasn't arrived, what can I do?

Which payment methods can I use?

On the payment page its asking for a security code, where can I find this?

The card security code is the last three digits above signature strip on the reverse of your Credit or Debit card (or the four digits on the front of American Express cards).

What size will I be and where can I find a size guide on the Uncut website?

Uncut sizes may vary a little from style to style, we will always suggest to follow the below size guideline which is standard across all products listed on

If you are between sizes we will suggest to go up a size, as you can always use insoles to pad out the shoe should it be a little roomy!

Can I return my footwear for a refund if I change my mind?

We will refund or exchange unsuitable footwear if it is returned in a re-saleable and unworn condition. The products must be in the original packaging as they were delivered in and they should include proof of purchase and be returned within 14 days of receipt. Can I be confident entering my credit card details on your site?

Your online credit card transactions are secure with Uncut. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We never store your credit card details.

Can my private details be trusted with you?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
